Happy New Year from all of us at Karlyl’s Creations!

We have a lot of new things planned, including new dolls, new clothing, new accessories and faster shipping for all items. You’ll begin to see some of these items added later this month! Additionally we are going to hopefully have some Open Studio days later this year. Stay tuned to the announcements!

Additionally we are also updating our Support service, using a webservice called Freshdesk. Now you can submit tickets for any questions or orders that you might have and have a reference number, with excellent tracking of issues. This will enable us to support you better.

We also have created a Knowledge Base/FAQ on freshdesk, for ease of our clients to find answers to questions. Please be sure to use this Knowledge Base to find answers to your questions!

As a reminder, all order questions should be submitted via our new Support Ticketing service. You may still send sales questions to sales@karlyl.com. As always, please allow 24-48 hrs during business days only ( excluding weekends, holidays and shop closures) for responses to your communications.
